We all have dreams, All the great Inventions and innovations that actually brought us to exactly where we are today, all started as someone's dream.
These dreamers and their actions to achieve their dream still is the real inspiration to all past, present and future advancements to our way of life. They were inspirational at their times and they still are deeply rooted in the hearts and minds of the current great people who are in pursuit of their own dreams, the obvious inspiration is what’s clearly visible to all, the hardship, struggle and sacrifice these brave dreamers had to go through, some examples:
The Courage that Martin Luther King Jr. had to have to just share his dream publicly, when he said:
The Audacity that John F. Kennedy had when he proposed at the Joint Session of Congress on the 25th of May, 1961, His 10 year national goal of landing a human on the Moon. as he said it:
The Conviction of the Wright Brothers when they pursued test flights, without any regard of its result, or consequence. The Perseverance of Thomas Edison as he was trying ferociously a thousand failures to figure out how the light bulb is not going to work.
The Inspiration of Alexander Graham Bell when he didn't follow the worn path leaving School at the age of 15 (with his undistinguished record), to pursue his scientific curiosity, as he put it:
The list can go on and on, to all the heroes who shaped our current reality, from a technological to the humanistic aspect of our advanced lives we are leading, and above all else their legacy that lives on through all those they touch and inspire.
However, there is one thing that only hindsight will let us see, and it is something that it really inspires me personally, which is in my humble opinion, to a large degree far greater than just inspiration, courage and conviction. Including the fact that these dreams are bigger than just any single person, Impossible to do it alone, and virtuous than just personal gains-- There is the one thing that all these dreamers and dreams have in common, is that they create value, they add something of real value, they created something that some if not all of humanity lacked or lacked access to it before its materialization, this is what made these dreams became our current reality, our current life standard, and it inspires us to keep on going through our own hardship to create something of value.
Bringing It All Together
let's pursue our personal and collective dreams, let’s give it our all. Whenever, Wherever and with Whomever we possibly can to Create or add Value, even if it is just a smile or a good worth.
We Believe that we can change the world when we Create Value!
This is an internal memo that I shared my personal introspection and inspiration of today, commemorating Martin Luther King day here in the US, with my esteemed colleagues and partners at MongoTEL. What it means to me personally and to all of us.
